Female Abhyanga Massage
A deeply nourishing Ayurvedic massage combining classic full-body Abhyanga with a Female Balance focus. Over 100 minutes, warm herbal oils and slow, rhythmic strokes calm the nervous system, support balance and promote deep physical and emotional relaxation.
From an Ayurvedic perspective, Abhyanga balances Vata dosha, supporting stress regulation and also gently harmonizes Pitta and Kapha dosha, encouraging lymphatic flow, circulation, and tissue nourishment.
